Important Reminders:

Maximum of 5 documents per applicant/representative shall be allowed per appointment slot
The Spain Consulate will only legalise the listed documents.
If you wish to add more documents in excess of 5, please secure another appointment
The Spain Consulate General reserve the right NOT to accept any document if it was not included in the list
Legalisation of Passport copy must be filled by the applicant owner himself.
If you are submitting as a Representative, please ensure that to put in your complete name in the representative box
No Abbreviations for Document Name, Document Owner and Representative name
